The apartment offered all necessary equipment and furniture. The on-site supermarket stocked essential items. I found the staff helpful in arranging airport transfers and car hire. The hotel maintained cleanliness with care evident throughout.

The lack of an oven in the kitchen was a slight inconvenience. The TV did not offer streaming services like Netflix. This would have enhanced the entertainment options.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Naranjos is a real plus. the apartment provided plenty of space for luggage and gear, i really appreciated that. a shop onsite had all essentials at reasonable prices too! the layout of the resort is beautiful around the pool. parking was convenient and easily accessible. we had a great time.

the poolside loungers could use some updating but that's not a big deal.

The staff were quite helpful and the breakfast selection met my requirements (especially the fresh fruit).

The bathroom showed signs of neglect. I observed MOLD in the shower area. There was no bed linen change during my four-night stay. I also noticed the provided towels were soiled.
